Teatro all'italiana con tre ordini di palchi. Inaugurato il 26 dicembre 1867 poteva contenere fino a 600 spettatori. Aveva pianta ellittica con 38 palchi su tre ordini, la volta era riccamente decorata mentre all’esterno presentava una facciata di gusto neoclassico su due ordini. Dopo varie vicissitudini e altrettanti passaggi di proprietà fra pubblico e privato, il teatro chiude i battenti una prima volta nel 1929 (“svolgendo attività solo in occasione dei veglioni promossi dalle patriottiche organizzazioni cittadine”), li riapre nel 1938, diventa cinema, viene ristrutturato nel 1964 (soppressione del golfo mistico, riduzione del palcoscenico, aumento dei palchi che passano a 44), supera il rischio di essere trasformato in “civili abitazione”, fino al 1974 quando il comune decide di acquistarlo e ne affida la gestione ad un comitato ad hoc, il cui impegno termina nel 1982 quando chiude per manifesta inagibilità. Parte una lunga opera di restauro che si conclude il 21 aprile 1990 quando a inaugurare il “nuovo” Concordi (capace di circa 200 posti) viene chiamata Anna Proclemer. Successivi restauri e adeguamenti tecnico impiantistici sono stati eseguiti dal 2015 al 2017 con bfevi interruzioni delle stagioni. Chiuso forzatamente con il sopraggiungere della pandemia da Covid-19, il teatro è stato riaperto ed è oggi un attivissimo centro culturale gestito per conto dell'amministrazione comunale dall'associazione Nuovo teatro dell'Aglio e in collaborazionecon Fondazione Toscana Spettacolo della cui rete il Comune di Campiglia è parte.

Inaugurated on December 26, 1867, it could accommodate up to 600 spectators. The theater had an elliptical layout with 38 boxes on three levels, a lavishly decorated ceiling, and a neoclassical facade on two levels. After various ups and downs and changes of ownership between public and private hands, the theater closed its doors for the first time in 1929 (operating only during events organized by patriotic city organizations), reopened in 1938 as a cinema, underwent renovations in 1964 (eliminating the mystical gulf, reducing the stage, increasing the boxes to 44). It faced the risk of being converted into 'civilian residences' until 1974 when the municipality decided to purchase it and entrusted its management to a dedicated committee. Their efforts concluded in 1982 when it closed due to evident unsuitability. A lengthy restoration project began, culminating on April 21, 1990, when Anna Proclemer inaugurated the 'new' Concordi, now capable of seating approximately 200. Subsequent restoration and technical upgrades occurred from 2015 to 2017 with brief interruptions to the seasons. Forced to close during the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, the theater reopened and is now a vibrant cultural center managed on behalf of the municipal administration by the Nuovo Teatro dell'Aglio association, in collaboration with the Fondazione Toscana Spettacolo, of which the Municipality of Campiglia is a part.

Es hatte einen elliptischen Grundriss mit 38 Logen auf drei Ebenen, die Decke war reich verziert, während die Außenseite eine neoklassizistische Fassade auf zwei Ebenen aufwies. Nach verschiedenen Ereignissen und Wechseln zwischen öffentlichem und privatem Eigentum schloss das Theater erstmals 1929 ("es führte nur bei den von den patriotischen Stadtorganisationen organisierten Bällen Aktivitäten durch"), wurde 1938 wiedereröffnet, wurde zum Kino, wurde 1964 renoviert (Aufhebung des mystischen Golfs, Verkleinerung der Bühne, Erhöhung der Logen auf 44), überstand die Gefahr, in "zivile Wohnungen" umgewandelt zu werden, bis 1974, als die Stadt beschloss, es zu kaufen und die Verwaltung einem speziellen Ausschuss anvertraute, dessen Engagement 1982 endete, als es wegen offensichtlicher Unbewohnbarkeit geschlossen wurde. Es begann eine langwierige Restaurierung, die am 21. April 1990 endete, als Anna Proclemer das "neue" Concordi (mit etwa 200 Plätzen) einweihte. Nachfolgende Restaurierungen und technische Anpassungen wurden von 2015 bis 2017 mit wenigen Unterbrechungen der Spielzeiten durchgeführt. Aufgrund der Covid-19-Pandemie zwangsweise geschlossen, wurde das Theater wiedereröffnet und ist heute ein sehr aktives Kulturzentrum, das im Auftrag der Stadtverwaltung von der Vereinigung Nuovo Teatro dell'Aglio und in Zusammenarbeit mit der Stiftung Toskana Spettacolo, deren Netzwerk die Stadt Campiglia ist, verwaltet wird."
